Would a $9 USD one-time Excel workbook help you track that? We're considering a separate tracker for lot cost, sales, fees, shipping, refunds, and what's still unsold.
It would keep cash recovered separate from profit on the items sold. You'd enter the figures and assign item costs yourself. No marketplace connection, account, or subscription.
For example: a $100 box brings in $70 from its first sales, with $8 in fees and $7 in shipping. You've recovered $55, with $45 of the original outlay still to recover. That isn't the same as profit.
It isn't built yet, and we're not taking payments or preorders. We'd use AI tools to help build it and check the calculations. This would be an organizational tool, not tax or accounting advice. The free CSV stays free.
